Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products they are looking for.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and manage returns/exchanges professionally.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer purchases.
- Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, pricing, and shelving new stock.
- Contribute to creating attractive product displays and visual merchandising efforts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
