This includes receiving, unpacking, and processing new stock deliveries efficiently, ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines, and correctly priced. You will also be responsible for maintaining a tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing shop floor, always ready for our next customer. Furthermore, you’ll competently operate the till system, handling cash and card transactions accurately, processing returns and exchanges, and resolving any customer queries or issues with professionalism, empathy, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
