Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greeting and assisting all customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Maintaining a consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment.
  • Assisting with merchandise display, restocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and accurately processing payments.

  • Supporting senior staff with various operational tasks, including stock room organization and administrative duties.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all health, safety, and security protocols within the mall premises.
  • Assisting with the opening and closing procedures of the assigned retail space, ensuring readiness for business.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
