Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process transactions, handle cash, and manage card payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and tagging merchandise.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Support promotional activities and special events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security.
