Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company shuttle vehicles along predetermined routes and schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, assisting with boarding, disembarking, and luggage as required.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shuttle interior and exterior.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage passenger manifests and logbooks accurately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route status, delays, or incidents.
- Handle unexpected situations or emergencies calmly and professionally.
Required Skills
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver's License (or equivalent)
- Clean driving record (abstract required upon request)
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude for routine vehicle checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
