Career.zycto is seeking a diligent and highly organized Part-Time Site Assistant to join our team in Mandimba, Niassa Province. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the site manager and project team, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Assist with the procurement and inventory management of site materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate site records, logs, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring information flows efficiently between team members, vendors, and community contacts.
  • Support site safety initiatives by assisting with record-keeping and basic compliance checks.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements, such as transport of personnel or materials, as needed.
  • Act as a liaison with local community members and service providers, fostering positive relationships.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the site office and common areas, ensuring a tidy and functional workspace.
  • Handle basic data entry and information management tasks using relevant software.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall project operations.
