Key Responsibilities

  • Assist site supervisors and project managers with daily site operations and coordination.
  • Help manage and organize site materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
  • Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Support administrative tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, and communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Facilitate communication between various on-site teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in site meetings, taking notes and assisting with action item follow-ups.
  • Learn and apply new construction techniques, tools, and best practices as part of the provided training.
  • Perform general site duties as required to support project progress.
