Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers) with various tasks.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and mixing concrete as required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to all site regulations.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety procedures and site-specific protocols.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under direct supervision.
- Perform manual handling and lifting of various construction materials.
- Provide general support to site management and project teams as needed.
