Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from planning to completion.
- Ensure project adherence to specifications, blueprints, safety standards, and building codes.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, documentation, and records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts proactively.
- Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans and procedures.
- Procure and manage site materials and equipment efficiently.
Required Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in site management or a similar leadership role in construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality control.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
