Key Responsibilities
- Perform general site upkeep, including cleaning, tidying, and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and equipment across the site.
- Manage waste segregation and disposal in accordance with site regulations and environmental policies.
- Support skilled tradespersons with various tasks as required, demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
- Conduct routine checks of site areas to identify and report any hazards or maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision, if competent and certified.
- Maintain clear communication with site management and team members regarding operational updates.
