Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate all on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and safety briefings.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and develop proactive solutions.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of all site activities, including materials received and work performed.
- Liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the ordering, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets specified standards and specifications.
