Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops provided by senior aestheticians and spa management to learn foundational and advanced skincare techniques.
- Learn and master various skincare treatments, including facials, extractions, masks, and basic body treatments, adhering to Blue Earth's signature protocols.
- Assist senior skincare technicians with client consultations, preparing treatment rooms, ensuring client comfort, and providing post-treatment care instructions.
- Familiarize yourself with and accurately describe spa products and their benefits to clients, assisting with product recommendations when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room and work area, adhering strictly to all sanitation and safety standards set by the spa.
- Greet clients warmly, prepare them for treatments, and ensure their comfort throughout their entire spa journey, providing a consistently welcoming experience.
- Observe and practice proper techniques for skin analysis, product application, and equipment usage under supervision, refining your practical skills.
- Handle spa laundry, stock supplies, and assist with general spa upkeep as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the facility.
- Develop excellent communication skills to interact professionally and empathetically with clients and team members, fostering a positive environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and professional spa environment for all.
