Zanzibar Watersports is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Snorkeling Equipment Assistant to join our dynamic team in Michenzani, Zanzibar City. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with the selection and fitting of snorkeling equipment (masks, snorkels, fins, life vests).
- Provide clear and concise instructions on equipment usage and basic snorkeling techniques.
- Conduct pre-trip safety briefings and ensure all guests understand and adhere to safety protocols.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain snorkeling equipment before and after each use, ensuring it is in excellent condition and properly sanitized.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment onto boats or designated areas.
- Monitor equipment inventory and report any damaged, lost, or low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe equipment storage area and workstation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering guest questions and addressing concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Assist with other watersports-related tasks as needed, including general operational support.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Zanzibar Watersports, promoting a positive, safe, and enjoyable guest experience.
