Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical and emotional support to individuals, enabling them to live as independently as possible.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in accessing community resources, appointments, and social activities.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, their families, and other care professionals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client care, progress, and incidents.
- Implement individualized care plans, ensuring all client needs and preferences are met.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, adhering to established protocols and ensuring client safety.
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs, promoting their dignity and respect at all times.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
- Report any concerns regarding client welfare or safety to the appropriate supervisor.
