Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars and campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, news, and relevant conversations, engaging proactively.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create compelling text, image, and video content tailored for each platform.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, thought leaders, and community members to expand brand reach and impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns on social platforms.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience with major social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics).
- Proven ability to engage and grow online communities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience with social listening tools and CRM software.
