Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media advertising strategies.
- Help create compelling ad copy and select engaging visuals (images/videos) for various social media platforms.
- Support the setup and launch of paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting and bidding strategies.
- Monitor active campaigns daily, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Gather and analyze campaign performance data, preparing reports for senior team members.
- Conduct competitive research and stay up-to-date with social media trends and advertising best practices.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
- Manage and organize advertising assets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and content strategies.
- Assist with A/B testing various ad elements to improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, with some exposure to social media.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Basic understanding of social media advertising principles and ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
