Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activity, reporting insights to the marketing team.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Support the development and execution of social media campaigns to promote job openings, company culture, and industry news.
  • Conduct research on relevant industry topics, hashtags, and influencer opportunities.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytical tools, contributing to monthly reports.
  • Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Assist with other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management or content creation (at least 1 year preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).
