Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to align with brand goals.
- Schedule and publish engaging content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activity.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Support the creation of compelling visual and written content, including graphics, short videos, and blog snippets.
- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to ensure brand consistency and amplify key messages.
- Assist in organizing and executing online events, webinars, and live Q&A sessions.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate fresh content ideas.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role (minimum 12 months).
