Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to align with brand goals.
  • Schedule and publish engaging content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activity.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
  • Support the creation of compelling visual and written content, including graphics, short videos, and blog snippets.
  • Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to ensure brand consistency and amplify key messages.
  • Assist in organizing and executing online events, webinars, and live Q&A sessions.
  • Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate fresh content ideas.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role (minimum 12 months).
  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics, video editing apps).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
