Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, infographics) for all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Engage actively with our online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive brand interactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, recruitment consultants, HR) to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Oversee content calendar planning and scheduling, ensuring timely delivery and consistent posting across all platforms.
- Manage and optimise social media advertising campaigns, allocating budget effectively to achieve desired ROI and reach target audiences.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, industry leaders, and brand advocates to amplify our message and expand our network.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with major social media platforms, their algorithms, and native analytics tools.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
