Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and community interactions, responding promptly and professionally to comments and messages.
- Assist in the creation of visual content (images, short videos, infographics) using design tools to complement written posts.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics, competitor activities, and emerging social media trends to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new campaigns, initiatives, and content ideas.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing regular reports on engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and community groups to expand brand reach and foster partnerships.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media communications.
- Stay updated with best practices and algorithm changes on social media platforms to optimize content delivery.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
