Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, audio) ensuring it is consistent with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way, fostering community engagement and identifying potential leads.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively suggest content optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and relevant applications.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to inform content creation.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging daily content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content and drive engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience (minimum 2 years) as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with web design and content publishing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing channels and strategies.
  • Ability to deliver creative and engaging content (text, image, and video) consistently.
  • Demonstrable understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the recruitment or professional services industry.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns or compelling digital content.
