Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across Career.zycto’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X), ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster a positive online community.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns, including content calendars, creative assets, and performance tracking.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to source relevant content, promote job openings, and highlight company culture and success stories.
- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand our reach and engagement.
- Support the creation of visual content (graphics, short videos) using design tools like Canva or similar platforms.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role (1.5+ years).
