Key Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and video content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with our audience and key influencers.
  • Actively participate in online conversations, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around our brand.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics using analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and coordinate campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Assist in the development of content calendars and campaign plans.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role (minimum 2 years).

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing functions and strategies.
  • Ability to create engaging and persuasive written content (copywriting).
