Key Responsibilities

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written copy, and audio/podcasts) ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads, fostering community, and driving organic growth.
- Conduct comprehensive social media audits to identify opportunities for improvement, competitive analysis, and emerging trends.
- Analyze social media campaign performance using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) and provide actionable insights and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, platform algorithms, and emerging trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, content creation, design) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, ad creation, and ongoing optimization for ROI.

Required Skills
