Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) across Career.zycto's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in creating a monthly social media content calendar, aligning with marketing campaigns and company objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities for engagement, and report findings.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive, interactive online community.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing weekly or monthly reports on engagement, reach, and other key indicators.
- Conduct research on competitor activities and current social media best practices to identify new strategies and tactics.
- Support the creation of visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar graphic design software.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and ad content creation, if applicable.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on broader digital marketing initiatives and cross-platform campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media features, platform algorithms, and overall industry changes.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed, contributing to overall team efficiency.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, community leaders, or strategic partners to expand our brand's reach and impact.
- Ensure all published content adheres strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of content creation principles and digital storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
