Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall brand marketing objectives.
- Manage and maintain all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video posts.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to improve strategy.
- Oversee and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions.
- Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders relevant to our brand.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, specifically in brand marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
