Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with ADMI's overall marketing and growth objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging written, image, and video content for all ADMI social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Oversee content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance, track KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize content strategy and spending based on performance.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve specific marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, algorithms, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Admissions, Programs, Design) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Plan and execute community management initiatives, including contests, Q&A sessions, and influencer collaborations.
  • Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in social media management and content strategy, preferably within the education, media, or tech sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including their algorithms, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging written, visual, and video content.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrable experience in managing successful paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles for social media and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
