Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Career.zycto's presence across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging written, visual, and video content.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, generate reports, and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and optimization.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for compelling copy.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing principles.
