Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research on social media trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns and content.
- Analyze data from social media campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on ROI.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 4 years).
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
- Hands-on experience in content creation, including writing, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing.
