Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and recruitment objectives.
  • Manage, monitor, and grow Career.zycto's presence across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) that resonates with our professional audience.
  • Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and initiating conversations.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid social advertising, to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply relevant insights to improve strategy.
  • Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, talent acquisition) to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Identify and engage with industry influencers and potential brand advocates.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of all social media activities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform insights).
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) for content creation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR industry.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies for social content.
