Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, audio) ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way, fostering genuine engagement and building community.
  • Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and use insights to optimize future campaigns and content.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and community leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, technologies, and platform changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, design) to create synergistic campaigns and content.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute strategies for community growth, member acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Demonstrable expertise in growing and engaging online communities across multiple platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics as they relate to social media.
