Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organic social media strategies across key platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to achieve growth and engagement goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written copy) ensuring brand consistency, relevance, and alignment with content calendars.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users and online communities in a 'social' way, managing reputation and fostering positive interactions.
- Analyze social media data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, best practices, tools, and emerging technologies, integrating them where beneficial.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to expand reach and build collaborative relationships.
- Plan and execute engaging community-building initiatives, contests, and campaigns to foster a loyal and active audience.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization, to support broader marketing objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, graphic designers, marketing specialists, and sales teams to ensure integrated and impactful campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a detailed social media content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistent posting schedules.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar, a strong voice, and persuasive copywriting ability.
- Solid understanding of content creation, including visual storytelling, video production, and graphic design principles.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, native platform insights) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

- Previous experience working within the recruitment or career services industry.
