Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with marketing goals and company objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports to inform future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media into broader campaigns.
  • Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and optimization.
  • Manage and maintain the company's online reputation and community engagement.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
