Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement for clients.
  • Conduct thorough research on current benchmark trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Perform social media audits and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing profiles, content, and campaign performance.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all social platforms.
  • Optimize content for search engines and social algorithms to maximize organic reach and discoverability.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and high ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to develop engaging, high-quality, and on-brand multimedia content.
  • Stay abreast of new social media technologies, tools, and best practices, integrating them into strategies as appropriate.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with online communities and manage social listening efforts to understand audience sentiment and feedback.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on social media optimization techniques and strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role (minimum 3 years)
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) and their respective algorithms
  • Expertise in social media optimization (SMO) and search engine optimization (SEO) principles
  • Demonstrable experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite Analytics, Sprout Social)
  • Experience in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
