Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.) for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
  • Assist in scheduling and publishing social media content as directed.
  • Identify and report on social media trends and potential PR issues.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices and platform changes.
  • Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly social media performance reports.
  • Engage with online communities in a friendly and helpful manner, representing client brands.

Required Skills
