Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Software Architecture Engineer to join our innovative team in West Kirby, Liverpool. Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve highly scalable, reliable, and performant software architectures for new and existing products.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across development teams.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 6 years) as a Software Architect or Senior Software Engineer with significant architectural responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices (e.g., SOLID, DRY, KISS).
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript) and related ecosystems.
- Extensive experience with various architectural styles (e.g., Microservices, Monolithic decomposition, Event-Driven, Serverless).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
