Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, product owners, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices and coding standards.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to enhance functionality and performance.
- Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, from initial conception and design through to deployment and post-launch maintenance.
- Research and implement new technologies and development methodologies to continually improve application architecture and user experience.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development with a proven track record of shipping production-ready code.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and software design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with an ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
