Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define project scope and deliver innovative solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and ensure the quality and integrity of the codebase.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development, actively contributing to technical discussions and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, ASP.NET Core, React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
