Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define project scope and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following established coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and ensure the quality and integrity of the codebase.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development, actively contributing to technical discussions and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript (Node.js).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, ASP.NET Core, React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is a plus.
