Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions and features.
- Collaborate with product management, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define and implement new product features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in relevant programming languages.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to optimize performance and resolve issues.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance our platforms.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of applications and services.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C#, Python, Go, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for full-stack roles.
