Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and release.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and system stability across all developed applications.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C#, or Go.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
