Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, integration guides, release notes, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language for various audiences (end-users, developers, internal teams).
- Manage documentation through its full lifecycle, from initial draft to final publication and ongoing updates.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of product features and functionalities to ensure comprehensive documentation.
- Adhere to established documentation standards, style guides, and terminology to maintain consistency and brand voice.
- Utilize documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Git, Markdown editors) and content management systems effectively.
- Proactively identify documentation gaps and recommend solutions to improve overall content quality and user experience.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation for software products.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
