Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for software applications, operating systems, and basic hardware issues to local staff.
- Assist users with account creation, password resets, and access permissions.
- Document and track support requests using our internal ticketing system, escalating complex issues to senior IT personnel as needed.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve common software problems, including office productivity suites and proprietary business applications.
- Support the deployment and setup of new software, ensuring proper installation and configuration.
- Deliver patient and clear guidance to users on software usage and best practices.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized IT inventory and asset register.
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Adhere to company IT policies and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software systems (Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation with a patient and helpful demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications
