Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers and technicians in all phases of solar PV system installation.
- Help with site preparation, including setting up safety equipment and staging materials.
- Safely load, unload, and transport solar panels, racking, inverters, and other equipment.
- Perform basic assembly of racking systems and mounting hardware on roofs or ground arrays.
- Learn and apply proper installation techniques under direct supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tool management and site clean-up.
- Support electrical wiring and conduit installation as directed by certified electricians.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns promptly.

Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and work at heights.
