Key Responsibilities
- Design and document scalable, secure, and resilient architectural solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, comprehensive technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and architectural patterns to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.
- Ensure that proposed solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, regulatory compliance, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, and project managers to ensure technical solutions effectively address business needs.
- Conduct thorough architectural reviews, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and adherence to design principles.
- Identify and manage technical risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously evolve our architectural practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior technical role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, principles, and best practices (e.g., SOA, microservices, event-driven architectures).
- Expertise in designing and implementing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in designing and consuming APIs, building integration patterns, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
- Solid understanding of security best practices in application and infrastructure design.
