Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Sonographer to join our client’s esteemed occupational health team located within the bustling Volkswagen Plant Area in Wolfsburg. As a crucial member of the occupational health unit, you will be responsible for performing a wide array of diagnostic ultrasound examinations, playing an essential role in early detection, diagnosis, and monitoring of various conditions that may affect employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound examinations across various anatomical areas (e.g., musculoskeletal, abdominal, vascular) relevant to occupational health.
  • Operate and maintain advanced ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety.
  • Accurately record and document findings, prepare preliminary reports for interpreting physicians.
  • Collaborate effectively with occupational health physicians and other medical staff to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Educate patients (employees) about the procedure and ensure their comfort throughout the examination.
  • Adhere strictly to professional ethics, safety protocols, and data privacy regulations.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs and continuous professional development.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in operating various ultrasound systems and imaging techniques.
  • Strong anatomical and physiological knowledge relevant to ultrasound diagnostics.

  • Current certification/licensure as a Sonographer.
