MTC (Moçambique Telecom) is seeking a motivated and dedicated Sound Technician Assistant to join our dynamic team in Feroh, Nampula. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and dismantling of audio equipment for various events, including microphones, speakers, mixing consoles, amplifiers, and recording devices.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on audio equipment to ensure optimal functionality and readiness for use.
- Provide on-site technical support during events, troubleshooting sound issues promptly and efficiently.
- Operate soundboards and other audio equipment under supervision, ensuring clear and balanced audio output.
- Assist in the cabling and patching of audio systems, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Transport, load, and unload audio equipment safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with event organizers, presenters, and other technical staff to meet specific audio requirements.
- Maintain an organized inventory of audio equipment and accessories.
- Learn and adapt to new audio technologies and techniques as required.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
