Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in clients upon arrival, managing their registration and ensuring a comfortable wait.
- Efficiently handle all incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries, providing accurate information and directing as necessary.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage booking systems, and proactively resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Process payments, manage retail sales of wellness products, and accurately reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and inviting ambiance of the reception area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist with inventory management for front desk supplies and wellness products.
- Address client feedback and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to management when required.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and preparing client documents.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably within a spa, hospitality, or similar environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine desire to assist clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
