Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the booking system with precision and addressing client preferences and special requests.
- Act as a knowledgeable guide, providing detailed information about our range of spa and beauty services, current promotions, and retail products.
- Maintain the pristine appearance and serene ambiance of the reception area, waiting lounge, and common spa spaces, ensuring a calming environment for all.
- Prepare treatment rooms and common areas before and after services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately, manage cash registers, and ensure proper record-keeping for all transactions.
- Assist salon therapists and aestheticians with preparation, client transitions, and any other support needed to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Manage inventory of retail products and salon supplies, assisting with regular stock checks and reordering as needed to maintain optimal levels.
- Engage in proactive client follow-up, including post-service satisfaction checks, rebooking reminders, and special occasion acknowledgments.
