Key Responsibilities

- Manage the spa's appointment schedule efficiently, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling treatments.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions with integrity.
- Answer phones and emails promptly, providing comprehensive information about services, prices, and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and retail display.
- Assist clients with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with therapists and other spa staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including daily reconciliation and preparation for the next day.
- Assist with inventory management for retail products and spa supplies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software (e.g., Mindbody, Booker) and basic office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
