Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, manage efficient check-ins, and bid them farewell during check-outs.
- Schedule and confirm spa treatments, ensuring optimal utilization of therapist time and facility resources.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle all guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Process payments accurately, manage the cash register, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain the pristine appearance and organization of the spa reception area and common spaces.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and products, offering expert recommendations.
- Assist with inventory management of spa products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and with discretion, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with therapists and other spa staff to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a spa, hotel, or wellness setting.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a calm manner.
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Mindbody, Booker, or similar PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
